All bodies, ages, sizes, shapes and fitness levels are welcome at any of my classes.
In the Circuits class there will be modifications and adjustments available for every exercise which I will demonstrate as we go along - so it will work for you.
During the resistance class you can increase or decrease how challenging the exercises is simply by adding or dropping weights.
Just some water, clean indoor shoes, and a towel if you’d like.

I need to know in advance of any class if you need modifications specific for injury or pregnancy, just pop me a message and I will me able to let you know discreetly during the class what is appropriate or provide modifications and alternatives.
The Resistance class that I run on a Wednesday is mat based and follow along, I will provide you with a set of hand weights and one heavier weight – which might either be a plate or kettlebell.
I will spend the hour taking you through a warmup, full body workout from top to toe and then a cool down and stretch.
We will work every muscle group with multiple different exercises. You’ll get warm and your heart rate will raise but it is not a ‘cardio’ workout.
The Saturday morning circuits class is a mixture of high intensity bursts of a variety of different exercises.
I vary the structure and types of exercise each week. The class can be as tough as you want it to be as every exercise can be modified and I encourage you to take it at your own
This class is mainly a cardio class meaning you’ll have a raised heart rate, increased breath rate and will undoubtedly also have a lot of fun as we work through it all together.
Ideally we would book in two sessions per week for optimal results and to really anchor yourself to a new routine
But this isn’t possible for everyone, if you can only make one session, I can help you outline a weekly schedule that works around you.
