'Feel so lucky to have found Jess as an instructor locally! She brings a winning combination in her classes which means I keep coming back for more! Things I love the most about Jess which makes her unique- she includes mobility exercise as part of warm up/cool down as well as focusing on ensuring correct form per exercise - both key to avoid injuries. Her classes are always varied and challenging- I love how I feel after - strong and energised! Finally, it’s great to be back into a class where one is challenged also by working out with others and the energy created by the instructor is contagious! Cannot recommend Jess enough!'

'When I started going to circuits in September, I hadn't done any exercise for a long time and was apprehensive. But the classes are really inclusive. As Jess takes you through the programme, she shows you how to adapt the exercises to suit your ability, and how to do them safely. I love the sessions. I can feel that there's been an improvement in my strength and posture.'
